This role is focused on converting existing leads into customers. You will be provided with business data/leads and will be responsible for contacting prospects, introducing our packaging solutions, following up consistently, handling email communication, and turning opportunities into actual sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers using existing business data
• Introduce custom packaging products and services
• Understand customer requirements and packaging needs
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities and paying clients
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and other communication channels
• Handle customer emails professionally and respond to inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Maintain regular communication with prospects until the sale is closed
• Build long-term relationships with USA-based customers
• Update lead and customer information and maintain proper follow-up records
• Achieve monthly sales and customer conversion targets
