About the role
Professional Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization in Karachi focused on supporting education-related initiatives and expanding meaningful learning opportunities. We are seeking an Alumni Coordinator to build lasting relationships with former students and strengthen alumni engagement in support of the foundation’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alumni communications, maintain accurate records, and organize activities that encourage continued participation, mentoring, networking, and community support.
• Develop and maintain an organized alumni database, tracking information, professional updates, interests, and engagement history.
• Plan and coordinate alumni events, reunions, networking sessions, career talks, and volunteer activities.
• Manage regular communication through newsletters, announcements, surveys, and approved digital channels.
• Identify opportunities for alumni mentoring, guest speaking, fundraising, referrals, and collaboration with education initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to collect alumni success stories and prepare reports on outreach, participation, and outcomes.
• Respond professionally to alumni inquiries and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented relationship with the wider alumni community.
