Sales Representative – eBook Self-Publishing Services

HashTechMeta is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Representative to join its team in Karachi, Pakistan (on-site).

The Sales Representative will connect with aspiring and independent authors, understand their publishing needs, present eBook self-publishing services, and convert qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with aspiring and independent authors through leads and outreach.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable self-publishing packages.
• Clearly explain eBook self-publishing services and packages.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Guide interested authors through the registration/sign-up process.
• Negotiate with prospects and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure accurate communication of services.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales or a client-facing role. Experience in publishing, books, digital services, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
