- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and understand their accounting and tax service requirements.
- Coordinate with bookkeeping, accounting, and tax teams to track deliverables, deadlines, and client requests.
- Prepare client updates, meeting notes, proposals, service summaries, and follow-up actions.
- Identify opportunities to expand services for existing clients and support new-business discussions.
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management and internal systems.
- Resolve routine concerns professionally and escalate technical or compliance matters to the appropriate team.
- Monitor account status, pending information, renewals, and overall client satisfaction.
