Role Description
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce IT and custom web development services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling and other lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Understand prospects’ business needs and identify relevant service opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings or demos with qualified prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or lead-tracking system.
- Work toward lead-generation and sales targets.
