Responsibilities
- Maintain the obligations calendar across every entity and ensure filings and deadlines are completed on time.
- Brief external accountants in each country, review their work, and manage working relationships and fees.
- Establish the accounting system, chart of accounts, and monthly reporting pack.
- Build and maintain banking relationships across jurisdictions.
- Take ownership of asset disposals and wind-downs, including follow-up, escalation, and closure.
- Develop the finance function and hire and manage team members as it grows.
