We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to help improve operational efficiency through practical automation, intelligent workflows, and data-driven solutions. The role will work with laboratory, operations, and business stakeholders to identify repetitive processes, design reliable automations, and support responsible adoption of AI tools in a quality-focused technical environment.

• Assess existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and productivity improvement.
• Design, build, test, and maintain AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and business process automations.
• Connect systems, forms, documents, and data sources using APIs, automation platforms, scripts, and structured data practices.
• Develop prompts, validation rules, documentation, and monitoring controls to improve the accuracy and consistency of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with laboratory and administrative teams to gather requirements, provide training, and support adoption.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain appropriate controls.
