Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the platform.
- Conduct product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
- Help customers understand and effectively use key product features.
- Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify customer challenges proactively and recommend solutions.
- Respond to queries and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Track customer success activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Support the development of FAQs, guides, and onboarding resources.
- Support customer renewal and expansion initiatives.
