- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and business requirements.
- Support product onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
