We are seeking an organized Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to support accurate financial operations for our home-care business. This role will maintain accounting records, monitor receivables, process payables, and help ensure timely and reliable financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Record, reconcile, and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on payment status.
• Process vendor bills, verify supporting documentation, and coordinate timely payments.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and ledger activity and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital financial records and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with payroll-related documentation and home-care operational finance tasks as needed.
• Prepare routine reports for management while protecting confidential financial information.
