A&O, a Lahore-based construction and interior design company, is seeking a creative Cameraman/Videographer and Video Editor/Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content showcasing building projects, interiors, design concepts, and company work. The role combines on-site filming, photography, editing, and digital storytelling for marketing and brand communication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos of construction sites, completed projects, interior spaces, design details, and company activities.
• Capture professional footage using cameras, lighting, audio, gimbals, and related production equipment.
• Create short-form and long-form content for social media, project presentations, portfolios, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, scripts, captions, and visual storyboards in coordination with the team.
• Edit video, audio, color, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and thumbnails while maintaining consistent brand quality.
• Coordinate filming schedules at project locations and ensure safe, organized production practices on active sites.
• Archive and manage raw footage, edited files, project assets, and content libraries.
