The Learner is a boutique, safety-first Montessori-based learning pod serving families in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Our small, closely supervised environment combines authentic Montessori practical-life and sensorial methods with Pakistan’s Single National Curriculum to help children build confidence, independence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for formal schooling.

We are seeking a caring and dependable Montessori Guide / Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will create a warm, structured, and secure classroom experience while respecting each child’s pace and individual development.

• Prepare and maintain an orderly Montessori learning environment with age-appropriate materials.
• Guide children through practical-life, sensorial, language, early mathematics, and cultural activities.
• Observe children carefully, document progress, and adapt activities to their developmental needs.
• Support social-emotional development, positive behavior, independence, and respectful communication.
• Integrate relevant learning objectives from the Single National Curriculum into classroom planning.
• Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene, supervision, and safeguarding at all times.
• Communicate professionally with parents.
