- Identify and research prospective institutions, training providers and education or industry partners.
- Design and conduct cold calling or email campaigns to reach potential clients and generate leads.
- Conduct demos, discovery discussions and product presentations with decision-makers.
- Understand client placement, compliance and documentation challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline, record activities and manage follow-ups through company systems.
