- Visit shops, retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, and other businesses within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers who can benefit from the Mehfooz application.
- Introduce and explain the Mehfooz application to business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain relevant features according to customer business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and encourage interested businesses to start a Mehfooz trial.
- Follow up with trial customers and work toward converting them into paid subscribers.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain organized records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, trials, and conversions.
- Build long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements, objections, and competitor information to the management team.
- Assist new customers during initial onboarding when required.
- Represent Mehfooz professionally in the local market.
