Responsibilities
- Write and check terms and conditions in contracts, tenders, and proposals to ensure they follow local laws and company rules.
- Talk with vendors and business partners to get the best pricing, legal terms, and service delivery schedules.
- Make sure all parties fulfill their duties and follow safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the main contact point for suppliers, managing renewals, updates, or contract endings.
- Keep an organized digital and physical filing system of all active, pending, and expired agreements.
- Plan, lead, and execute internal, supplier, and certification-readiness audits.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert ensuring engineering, manufacturing, and operational processes meet international quality benchmarks and energy-sector regulations.
