- Master's degree in English/Urdu, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Education, TESOL, or a related field. Candidates with 7+ years of adult teaching experience may be considered without the relevant qualification.
- 3+ years' experience teaching adults (18+), including small-group and one-to-one instruction.
- Experience teaching non-native adult learners.
- Ability to develop lesson plans, conduct assessments, placement testing, and individualized training plans.
- Knowledge of ILR, CEFR or ACTFL proficiency frameworks.
- Urdu role: Native/near-native Urdu, full Urdu script literacy and strong grammar.
- English role: Native/near-native English with professional communication skills.
- Must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, be legally authorized to work in Pakistan, and pass client background/site-access requirements.
