Responsibilities
- Prepare protein shakes, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requirements.
- Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion, and presentation.
- Explain menu items and assist customers in selecting suitable high-protein drinks and meals.
- Operate blenders, mixers, coffee and beverage equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain clean preparation areas, utensils, equipment, counters, and storage spaces.
- Monitor ingredient levels, rotate stock, and inform the supervisor about replenishment needs.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen-awareness, and workplace procedures.
- Support order handling, payment coordination, and general cafe operations during busy periods.
