We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to build qualified demand for construction and property maintenance services. The role will manage digital campaigns, improve online visibility and create reliable lead-generation processes for residential, commercial and property-sector audiences.

• Plan and execute campaigns across search, social media, email and other relevant digital channels.
• Research target audiences, construction-related keywords, competitors and market opportunities.
• Create and coordinate landing pages, advertisements, content and promotional materials.
• Track leads, conversion rates, campaign costs and channel performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Maintain lead databases, improve lead qualification and coordinate handover to customer
