- Record daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare bank, cash, ledger, and sub-ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support monthly closing activities, expense tracking, and management reports.
- Verify supporting documents for purchases, sales, inventory movements, and reimbursements.
- Assist with tax documentation, audit schedules, and compliance-related record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve accounting queries.
- Maintain confidential financial files and contribute to process improvements.
