You are the first person our clients talk to. You will handle enquiries, explain our services, book inspections, and look after the client from first message to final report — for both our Australian and Pakistani clients from our Karachi office.
What you will do
- Answer client enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email and social media — within minutes
- Explain our inspection services and prices clearly, and convert enquiries into bookings
- Book inspections and coordinate with our inspection teams in Perth and Karachi
- Confirm every booking in writing and send clients their pre-inspection requirements
- Check reports before they go out, send them to clients, and follow up afterwards
- Keep accurate records of every client, booking and follow-up
- Ask happy clients for reviews, and escalate any problem quickly
