- Enter and update product, tyre, supplier, customer, purchase, and sales data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify source documents for completeness, accuracy, quantities, pricing, and reference numbers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for invoices, stock movements, delivery documents, and related files.
- Assist with inventory data reconciliation and report discrepancies to the responsible team member.
- Prepare routine data summaries and maintain consistent file naming, formatting, and record-keeping standards.
- Handle confidential business information responsibly and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
