Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external accountants and advisors, including fee negotiations.
- Design the accounting system, chart of accounts, and a single monthly reporting pack to support founder decision-making.
- Oversee banking relationships across all jurisdictions.
- Hire and manage your first direct report, starting in month three.
- Resolve a backlog of stalled asset disposals and entity wind-downs across several countries by following up, addressing blockers, and driving work to closure.
