We are looking for a Customer Support and Sales Executive who can provide excellent customer service while actively identifying sales and business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and business-related concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business.
- Educate customers about Insta World’s products, services, and solutions.
- Retain existing customers by providing excellent support and timely assistance.
- Resolve customer issues related to claims, damages, invoices, payments, and operations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospective customers into active clients.
- Achieve assigned sales, customer retention, and service KPIs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Billing, Collection, and Operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to increase business and revenue.
