Find and bring in new clients for Shopify website design, development, store management, and e-commerce services. Identify prospects, contact them, generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Find potential Shopify and e-commerce clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Upwork, Fiverr, Google, email, and other platforms.
- Research businesses that need a new Shopify store, redesign, optimization, or ongoing store management.
- Contact potential clients through cold email, social media, messaging, and other outreach methods.
- Understand client requirements and explain Shopify services clearly.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.
- Negotiate with clients and help convert leads into successful projects.
- Maintain a database/CRM of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.
- Work with the Shopify design and development team to understand project requirements and pricing.
