Responsibilities:
- Install central HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, compressors, air handling units, and fan coil units, in line with technical specifications and standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce failures and extend equipment life.
- Inspect systems, diagnose faults using appropriate tools and techniques, and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Handle refrigerants safely and follow applicable environmental and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports for maintenance and repair work.
- Work with other technical staff to resolve complex system issues and complete assigned tasks on time, including emergency repairs.
- Advise clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy-efficiency improvements.
