In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain eBay seller accounts, ensuring listings and account information are accurate and professionally presented.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and images.
- Conduct product and competitor research to identify opportunities and support informed listing and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor orders and coordinate timely processing, shipping updates, and customer service follow-up.
- Track marketplace performance, inventory, listing health, and account issues; identify problems and recommend practical improvements.
- Resolve routine operational issues and work with internal colleagues to keep marketplace workflows consistent.
- Stay current with eBay policies and marketplace practices, applying relevant changes to account operations.
