Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Manage daily dine-in, takeaway, and Foodpanda orders
- Maintain food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards
- Monitor inventory and stock levels and prevent shortages or unnecessary wastage
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dining area, counters, and overall restaurant
- Manage staff attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy hours
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time
- Identify operational problems and take ownership of resolving them
- Report important issues, stock requirements, and daily performance to management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing a restaurant, café, fast-food outlet, or similar operation
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, food quality, and customer service
- Comfortable handling POS systems and online delivery platforms such as Foodpanda
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Someone who takes initiative and does not need constant supervision
