We are hiring an experienced Door-to-Door / Field Sales Executive to drive Construction Materials sales.
Requirements:
Experience: 2–4 years prior experience in field sales (construction materials, cement, or B2B sales preferred). Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving license. Strong communication and field negotiation skills. Background: FA, FSc or Graduates in Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to active construction sites, contractors, and building material shops. Pitch products, close orders, and manage sales collection.
