About the Role

HHD Software is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for a UAE-based client. The ideal candidate must excel in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on full-funnel performance marketing, lead generation, sales, and revenue-focused campaigns.

This role begins as a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or full-time hiring based on performance. The work model is hybrid with flexible in-office requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for multiple service categories.
• Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies, including audience targeting, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
• Maintain and improve key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, and overall profitability.
• Run campaigns focused on sales, calls, lead generation, and app installs.
• Manage large-scale budgets with strict optimization and financial accuracy.
• Implement accurate tracking setups—Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, events, and conversions.
• Conduct weekly account audits with data-driven insights and improvement plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and campaign direction.
• Execute A/B testing for audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements.
• Ensure proper scaling of campaigns without compromising cost efficiency.
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
