About the role
Frida Finance is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Social Media, SEO & AI Expert to join its growing team. The role is responsible for developing and growing the company’s online presence across social media, its website, SEO, traditional search engines, and AI-powered search and answer engines. You will help use technology and AI to increase brand awareness, generate enquiries, and improve the company’s digital presence.

Social media

• Create engaging social media posts, reels, videos, and graphics.
• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative mortgage and financial services content.
• Create content calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and performance.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and algorithms.
• Identify opportunities to increase enquiries through social media.
• Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of content creation.

Website and SEO
Help maintain and improve the Frida Finance website and its search engine visibility, including:

• Manage and improve on-page SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and search-intent analysis.
• Optimise website pages, headings, titles, and meta descriptions.
• Create SEO-friendly website content and blogs.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Monitor Google Search performance and rankings.
• Improve internal linking and website structure.
• Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers where required.
• Keep website content fresh, accurate, and relevant.
• Use analytics and SEO tools to identify opportunities for growth.

AI and GEO – Generative Engine Optimisation
This is a key part of the role. Help develop Frida Finance’s GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy to improve the chances of the company being discovered, referenced, and understood by AI platforms. This includes:

• Understand how AI search and answer engines find and interpret information.
• Create content that is clear, authoritative, and easy for AI systems to understand.
• Structure website content around real customer questions.
• Develop FAQ and educational content.
• Improve Frida Finance’s online authority and topical relevance.
• Ensure important business information is consistent across the web.
• Identify opportunities for Frida Finance to appear in AI-generated answers.
• Monitor how the company and its services are represented across AI search platforms.
• Keep up with developments in AI search, GEO, and emerging technology.
• Use AI tools to research, analyse, and improve the digital marketing strategy.

• Has experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Has a strong understanding of SEO.
• Understands website content and optimisation.
• Has knowledge of AI tools and how businesses can use them.
• Understands or is keen to develop expertise in GEO / Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Is confident using technology and enjoys learning new systems.
• Is creative and can think outside the box.
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
• Can create professional but engaging content.
• Understands analytics and digital performance.
• Can use data to identify opportunities.
• Is organised and able to work independently.
• Keeps up to date with changes in AI, search, and social media.
