Key responsibilities
- Present project features, property options, pricing information, and development details to prospective customers.
- Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable apartments, offices, shops, or penthouses.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain timely, professional communication with prospects.
- Arrange and conduct project visits and property viewings in Islamabad, explaining relevant amenities and layouts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers through referrals, networking, and approved marketing activities.
- Support customers with booking documentation and coordinate with internal teams to progress transactions.
