Kodestra is seeking a high-energy Online Sales Closer to join its on-site team in Rawalpindi. This full-time inside-sales role focuses on converting incoming warm leads through remote conversations and online pitch meetings. The position is office-based; no outdoor fieldwork is required.

You will guide prospective customers through the decision process, clearly present relevant offerings, address concerns, and close suitable opportunities. You will also maintain accurate records and coordinate handoffs so customers receive a consistent experience after the sale.

• Respond promptly to assigned warm leads and qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and closing conversations over phone, Zoom, or Google Meet.
• Explain product or service value, answer questions, handle objections, and agree on appropriate next steps.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Record call outcomes, customer details, and deal progress accurately in the company’s tracking systems.
• Coordinate completed sales and customer handoffs with relevant internal teams.
• Work toward sales and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
