Aftab Associates (AAL) is a marketing research firm serving clients across Pakistan since 1983. The team develops customized and syndicated research to deliver actionable insights into changing consumer needs. We are seeking Calling Agents in Lahore to support research projects through courteous, accurate telephone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to respondents and conduct structured research interviews using approved questionnaires and scripts.
• Explain the purpose of each call clearly, obtain consent where required, and follow research and privacy protocols.
• Record responses accurately in the designated system and review entries for completeness and consistency.
• Maintain a professional, neutral tone while engaging respondents and handle questions respectfully.
• Meet assigned call and data-quality targets, and promptly flag incomplete records or issues to the supervisor.
• Attend project briefings, follow updates to survey instructions, and coordinate with the research team as needed.

This is an office-based role in Lahore suited to someone with clear communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in supporting reliable market research.
