- Record and classify daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile bank, cash, and supplier accounts.
- Prepare and organize invoices, vouchers, expense records, and supporting documentation.
- Track accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with monthly financial summaries and provide accurate records for tax filings or external review.
