Key Responsibilities:
- Find and book profitable loads for company/partner carriers.
- Work with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate professionally with US-based brokers, shippers, and drivers.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure the best possible loads.
- Plan and coordinate routes according to truck location and availability.
- Track drivers and provide regular updates to brokers and customers.
- Manage Rate Confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, trips, rates, and delivery status.
- Handle appointment scheduling and follow up with brokers.
- Resolve basic operational issues and delays during transit.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
- Work according to USA Central/Eastern time zones, as required.
