Customer Support Specialists – UK Campaign

We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for an established UK-based international campaign.

Location: Murree Road, near Metro Station, Rawalpindi
Working days: 5 days a week
Shifts: Rotational / night shifts

Requirements:

• Clear, fluent, and professional English listening and speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
• Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s qualification is flexible for candidates with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills are essential.
• Clear, fluent, and professional English speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
• Strong confidence and professional communication.
• Previous UK/international campaign or call center experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates who have knowledge of UK areas, cities, regions, postcodes, or general UK geography will be given preference.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work according to UK business hours.

Priority will be given to candidates with:

• Fluent English

• Previous UK/international campaign experience
• Good knowledge of UK areas and postcodes

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide professional assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear and effective communication.
• Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional approach while handling customer queries.
