Adsinitiatorz is a Multan-based digital marketing agency helping e-commerce brands grow through data-led advertising and effective creative execution. We are seeking a TikTok Shop Account Manager to oversee daily account operations and help clients build a stronger presence and sales performance on TikTok Shop. This role suits someone who understands social commerce, marketplace operations, and performance-focused content coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop account setup, product listings, catalog updates, and operational health.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and campaign performance; identify issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate product content, promotions, creator or affiliate activity, and advertising initiatives to support shop growth.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, stock status, and campaign calendars.
• Track account and campaign results, prepare clear performance reports, and communicate progress and next steps to clients and internal teams.
• Resolve routine platform and order-related issues, escalating policy or technical concerns appropriately.
• Stay informed about TikTok Shop features, policies, and social commerce trends and apply relevant learnings to account strategy.

This is an on-site position in Multan. The successful candidate will be organized, analytical, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively with creative and marketing colleagues.
