Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for AI and video annotation platforms.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, identify problems, and define product solutions.
- Manage product roadmaps, priorities, features, and development milestones.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI/ML teams, QA teams, and annotation operations.
- Design and improve video/image annotation workflows and tools for multiple AI products.
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously optimize existing processes and workflows.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and product iteration.
- Test prototypes and new features and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and priorities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of products from initial concept through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
