Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to set up and manage a sales and customer service centre serving approximately 15,000 retail shops across Karachi.
The selected candidate will organise shop data, plan sales territories, set up CRM and calling systems, and recruit and train a team of 10–15 calling staff.
Responsibilities include managing daily calls, generating orders, following up with customers, coordinating with sales and distribution teams, monitoring team performance, and preparing daily and weekly reports.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in call centre management, telesales or sales operations.
