Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Lahore (work from home). The Fashion Designer will research trends, develop design concepts, create sketches, and prepare technical specifications for new collections. Daily responsibilities include selecting fabrics and textiles, collaborating with pattern makers and sample makers, overseeing fittings, and refining garments to achieve the desired silhouette and quality. The role also involves working closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately, contributing to embroidery and embellishment decisions, and maintaining brand consistency across all pieces. The Fashion Designer will participate in collection planning, provide input for lookbooks or presentations, and support ongoing improvements to the design process.
