This role focuses on converting qualified leads into paying clients through effective discovery, solution presentation, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant Weblytic services clearly, including websites, POS software, hosting, and AI chatbots.
• Address customer questions and objections, negotiate, and close deals through calls, messaging, or meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client-facing presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Coordinate with the technical team after a sale and work toward conversion targets.
• Research prospects, competitors, and market opportunities to support business development.

This is a performance-based role with commission linked to successfully converted clients. Product and sales-process training and team support are provided.
