Position Overview
A7 Group Real Estate is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their sales team as Telesales Representatives in their Lahore Office. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. You will be responsible for representing our brand to potential clients in the UAE market, requiring a professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Salary: 40k-70k as basic + Commission

Commission Details:
- 10k commission on each sale of house rent.
- 50k commission on each sale of property.
- Education: Graduates with at least 1 year of telesales experience.
- Language: Fluent English speakers (mandatory).
- Location: Lahore-based candidates.
- Attributes: Energetic, highly motivated & target-driven individuals.
- Real estate telesales experience is a plus — especially UAE real estate.
