This role focuses on building awareness of the platform among prospective drivers and turning outreach into qualified registrations and onboarding. The successful candidate will coordinate practical, locally relevant campaigns, communicate the value of joining WAYGO, and help the team understand which recruitment activities are delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out driver-acquisition campaigns across suitable digital and community channels.
• Identify prospective drivers and share clear information about registration, onboarding, and platform benefits.
• Coordinate outreach activities and promotional materials with internal teams and local partners.
• Respond professionally to candidate questions and help guide interested drivers through the acquisition funnel.
• Track leads, registrations, campaign activity, and conversion results; maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
• Gather feedback from prospective and newly registered drivers, then recommend improvements to messaging and outreach.
• Support consistent, brand-appropriate communication across campaign content and in-person promotional activities.
