360 Recruitment Consultant
Run a recruitment venture with Arkscale Ventures backing. We seek two to five years of winning clients, taking briefs, placing candidates and collecting fees in Western markets. You must own business development as well as delivery. Full time, remote, serving the UK, US and UAE. We provide capital, systems and operating support.
Package: $1,000 USD monthly base plus 15% of the venture's profit, paid monthly, with a route to equity at agreed milestones.
Full-time, fully remote independent contractor engagement. Some overlap with UK or US working hours is expected. Open to proven operators in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Latin America and South Africa.
The role and must-have evidence
Personally won recruitment clients and delivered placements. Show clients won, placements, fees and the year or period covered. Choose a niche, win mandates, source talent and deliver the first placement.
We want someone who can launch, make decisions and run the venture day to day. Explain what you personally built from zero, including unsuccessful attempts, rather than listing tasks performed for others.

Questions before moving forward:
- Your best result in this kind of role, with real numbers and the period they cover.
- Which decisions were yours, and which were a client's or manager's?
- Have you ever built something from zero yourself (a store, a brand, a client base, a team)? What happened, including if it failed?
- In this role, what would you build first from scratch and why, with rough numbers? [Media Buyer: product type, landed cost, selling price, break even cost per purchase. Lead Gen: niche and first three target companies. Recruitment: niche, first three target clients, how you would win the first placement.]
- Your country, time zone and earliest start date.
