Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience

About the Role:

Digital Qrew is looking for a confident, motivated, and experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of hands-on cold-calling experience and be comfortable speaking with potential clients, handling objections, and generating leads.

Please note: Freshers and candidates without at least one year of cold-calling experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce our services professionally and explain their benefits.
• Identify potential customers and qualify leads.
• Handle objections and maintain professional conversations.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Record call outcomes and update lead information accurately.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional cold-calling experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients, particularly US-based prospects.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional tone.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
• A reliable and professional work ethic.
