Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and website visits.
- Plan and create platform-specific posts, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and longer videos.
- Design polished graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and educational illustrations consistent with our brand.
- Create animations and motion graphics that bring characters, stories, and learning concepts to life.
- Write and develop children’s books, stories, poems, flashcards, and other learning materials in Urdu and English.
- Ensure content is accurate, age-appropriate, culturally thoughtful, and engaging for children and parents.
- Manage a content calendar and use performance data to improve results.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in social media marketing and creative content production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, animation, video editing, and social media campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written Urdu and English, including the ability to read and write Urdu script confidently.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Experience adapting content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to take work from concept through to a polished final product independently.
- Experience creating children’s or educational content is a strong advantage.
