Harvest Bread is a Lahore-based food manufacturing company producing bread, buns, rusks, cakes, biscuits, and other baked goods. The company’s integrated operations bring together production, quality control, supply chain, sales, finance, and administration. We are seeking an Accounts Intern to support day-to-day finance activities and gain practical exposure to accounting in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording and organizing invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Support data entry and maintenance of accurate accounting records under the guidance of the finance team.
• Help reconcile transaction details and identify missing or inconsistent documentation for review.
• Assist in preparing routine reports, schedules, and summaries for internal use.
• Support accounts payable and receivable tasks, including filing and document tracking.
• Maintain orderly digital and physical finance records while following company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain supporting documents and complete assigned finance tasks on time.
