Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile transactions, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and account schedules.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, verify supporting documents, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist with cash-flow tracking, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks and MS.
