Key responsibilities include:
- Record and reconcile transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank activity, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare regular financial statements, account schedules, and management reports with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, and supporting documentation.
- Track invoices, payments, expenses, and outstanding balances; follow up on discrepancies with relevant teams.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and audit or tax documentation as required.
- Maintain organized financial files and ensure accounting records follow applicable company procedures and local requirements.
