Jashn.pk is a Pakistan-based digital marketplace connecting customers with wedding and event service providers, including venues, photographers, caterers and decorators. We make event planning easier through technology and customer-focused service. We are seeking an organized, proactive Event Executive to support the planning and delivery of events and help customers and service partners coordinate smoothly in Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event requirements with customers and relevant service providers, confirming schedules, deliverables and logistical details.
• Support planning and execution of weddings and other events, tracking tasks and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with venues, photographers, caterers, decorators and other partners to keep arrangements on schedule.
• Maintain accurate event records, timelines, checklists and follow-up notes.
• Provide responsive customer support before, during and after events, escalating complex concerns appropriately.
• Gather feedback and identify ways to improve the event-planning experience and Jashn.pk's marketplace operations.
